National Heritage Act 2005 s 57
The owner of a heritage object who enters into a contract to sell or transfer the heritage object shall notify the Commissioner in writing of the information about the existence of that contract within twenty-eight days of the date of the contract.
Notis niat untuk menjual atau memindahmilikkan objek warisan
Pemunya suatu objek warisan yang membuat suatu kontrak untuk menjual atau memindahmilikkan objek warisan itu hendaklah memberitahu Pesuruhjaya secara bertulis maklumat mengenai kewujudan kontrak itu dalam masa dua puluh lapan hari dari tarikh kontrak itu.
