s 6 Monitoring and reporting to the Minister
(1) The Commission shall monitor all significant matters relating to the performance of licensees and report to the Minister at the end of each financial year of the Commission.
(2) The Commission shall monitor and report on the following matters:
(a) the administration and enforcement of this Act;
(b) the state of the competitive environment;
(c) the quality of universal service provided to all consumers throughout Malaysia;
(d) the efficiency and quality of the provision of postal services by licensees;
(e) the rates paid by consumers for postal services;
(f) any deficiency in the scope or operation of this Act; and
(g) other matters as the Minister deems necessary.
(3) The Commission shall publish the report in the manner it deems appropriate, as soon as practicable following the date on which the Commission conveys the report to the Minister.

Pemantauan dan pelaporan kepada Menteri
(1) Suruhanjaya hendaklah memantau semua perkara penting berhubung dengan prestasi pemegang lesen dan membuat laporan kepada Menteri pada akhir setiap tahun kewangan Suruhanjaya.
(2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah memantau dan melaporkan perkaraperkara yang berikut:
(a) pentadbiran dan penguatkuasaan Akta ini;
(b) keadaan persekitaran persaingan;
(c) mutu perkhidmatan sejagat yang diberikan kepada para pengguna di seluruh Malaysia;
(d) kecekapan dan mutu penyediaan perkhidmatan pos oleh pemegang-pemegang lesen;
(e) kadar-kadar yang dibayar oleh pengguna bagi perkhidmatan pos;
(f) apa-apa kekurangan dalam ruang lingkup atau pengendalian Akta ini; dan
(g) perkara-perkara lain yang Menteri sifatkan perlu.
(3) Suruhanjaya hendaklah menyiarkan laporan itu mengikut cara yang difikirkannya sesuai, dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan berikutan dari tarikh Suruhanjaya menyerahkan laporan itu kepada Menteri.
