Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of two hundred thousand pesos as aid to the Provinces of Batangas, Tayabas, Laguna, and Cavite for the repair or reconstruction of public works damaged by the typhoon of November six, nineteen hundred and twenty-six, to be distributed by the Secretary of Commerce and Communications with the approval of the Governor-General.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
