Section 1

SECTION 1. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in section fifteen of Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and sixty-four, Jose S. Valenciano is hereby authorized to sell, lease, grant, convey, assign, give in usufruct, or transfer his franchise and all property and rights acquired thereunder to install, operate and maintain an electric current, heat and power system in the municipality of Camalig, Province of Albay, in favor of Saturnino Benito.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect immediately on its approval.
