AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF ACT NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED AND THREE, ENTITLED "AN ACT EXTENDING THE PROVISIONS OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT ACT TO THE PROVINCE OF TAYABAS."

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section two of Act Numbered One hundred and three, entitled "An Act extending the provisions of the Provincial Government Act to the Province of Tayabas," as amended by Act Numbered Four hundred and ninety-nine, is hereby further amended by adding to the last paragraph thereof the following:

"Provided, however, That in view of the fact that the regular places for holding court in the Province of Tayabas are at the municipalities of Tayabas and Boac, the provincial fiscal shall be permitted to reside either at Lucena, the provincial capital, or at the municipality of Tayabas, and shall be allowed his necessary and actual traveling expenses while absent from his usual place of residence on official business."

Section 2

SEC. 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
