AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE PROCEEDS OR REVENUES OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS REGAN BARRACKS, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LEGASPI AND DARAGA, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, SHALL BE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE GUINOBATAN RURAL HIGH SCHOOL AND THE PROVINCIAL TRADE SCHOOL OF SAID PROVINCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1

SECTION 1. All funds derived from the annual proceeds or revenues of the property known as Regan Barracks, situated in the municipalities of Legaspi and Daraga, Province of Albay, and described in detail in Governor-General's Proclamation Number Twenty-six, dated July ninth, nineteen hundred and twenty, shall hereafter be used exclusively for the maintenance of the Guinobatan Rural High School and the Provincial Trade School of the Province of Albay, except such part of said proceeds or revenues as may be necessary for maintenance expenses.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
