AN ACT TO AMEND PARAGRAPH (F), SUBSECTION B OF SECTION ONE OF ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY, KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT.

Preamble

SECTION l. Paragraph (f), subsection B of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, known as the Public Works Act of nineteen hundred and thirty-five, is hereby amended so that item six, under the caption Negros Occidental, should read as follows:

"6. For the construction of the Pontevedra-Antipolo-La Castellana road ............ P9,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
