AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR HANDLING, HAULING AND DISTRIBUTING THE RELIEF GOODS WHICH HAVE BEEN DONATED TO THE PHILIPPINES BY THE NATIONAL RELIEF OR WELFARE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE FREE WORLD.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of eight hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for handling, hauling and distributing the relief goods which have been donated to the Philippines during the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-seven-nineteen hundred fifty-eight, by the national relief or welfare organizations in the United States of America and other countries in the Free World.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
