SECTION 1. The name of the Nipa Barrio School in the barrio of Nipa, Municipality of Palapag, Province of Samar, is changed to Bernabe Quibal Memorial Community School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
