Section 1
SECTION 1. Sections one and two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred sixty-live are hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Schools, an agricultural high school in any municipality in the Province of Bataan, at a .suitable site to be selected by said Director, to be known as the Bataan Agricultural High School.
"SEC. 2. Upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Schools, the President shall set aside and reserve such portion of the public lands located within the municipality so selected of said province, as may be necessary and convenient for the establishment of the said school and of its farm site."
