Section 1

SECTION 1. The sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of the copyright of the book, entitled "Magsaysay, the Knight of the Masses," by Jose Topacio Nueno.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
