Section 1

SECTION 1. The name of Kabankalan Maternity Hospital, in the Municipality of Kabankalan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Dr. Gumersindo Garcia, Sr. Memorial Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
