Section 1

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred fifty-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Occidental Misamis, is further amended to as follows:

" Occidental Misamis, six assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
