SECTION 1. The. Montevista Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Montevista, Province of Davao del Norte, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a twenty-five-bed capacity emergency hospital into a seventy-five-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Davao del Norte Provincial Hospital.

AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MONTEVISTA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEVISTA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, FROM A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL INTO A SEVENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DAVAO DEL NORTE PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
