SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Higways, a third district engineering office in the Province of Ilocos Norte to be known as the Ilocos Norte Third District Engineering Office.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE ILOCOS NORTE THIRD DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SEC. 2. The said district engineering office shall be located in the First Congressional District of Ilocos Norte and shall comprise the municipalities of Solsona, Dingras, Banna, Piddig, Carasi, Marcos and Nueva Era.
Sec. 3 The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Ilocos Norte Third District Engineering Office, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its public approval.
