Dear Priscila Sanfelice :According to our Copyright Law , if the creation is equipped with originality (create independently, rather than copy from others) and creativity (the work fulfill the minimal requirement of creativity), the work is thus protected by the law. Therefore, if you project meet the requirements mentioned above, you shall enjoy copyright upon the completion of the work.When you present the project for applying for a job as an instructor to a university, unless the university stipulated other copyright requirements for the job interview, you still own the copyright of the project theoretically. It makes no difference whether you use the project for interview or not. If the university wants to utilize your project, except the exploitation meets the conditions described in Article 44 to Article 65 of the law, it should get your authorization or consent.If you find the University or a third party has infringed your copyright, you may collect all the evidence and report the offense to the authorities (The Second Special Police Corps, National Police Agency, Ministry of Interior).
