Section 1Title, construction and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Finance (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 … Commencement …

(6) Part VI shall be construed as one with the Miscellaneous Transferred Excise Duties Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 .

Section 2Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.
