Section 2Interpretation
The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Articles 1 and 3 as it applies to an Act of the Parliament of Northern Ireland.
Section 3Increase in limit on levy payable in respect of pigs sold to the Pigs Marketing Board.
The limit imposed by section 4(1) of the Pig Production Development Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 on the amount of the levy payable under that section in respect of each pig sold to the Pigs Marketing Board shall be increased to twenty pence and accordingly … residue amends s.4 of 1964 c.25 ( NI )
