Section 2 Interpretation

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 shall apply to Article 1 and the following provisions of this Order as it applies to a Measure of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Section 4 Consumer advice

A district council may make, or assist in the making of, arrangements (including the provision of accommodation) to provide within the district of the council advice to, or for the benefit of, consumers of goods and services.
