Section 1 Title and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Confiscation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.

Section 37 Authorisation of delay in notifying arrest, etc. , and drug trafficking offences to be serious arrestable offences

(1) The Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 shall be amended as follows.
