Section 1
Albania shall for the purposes of Sections 3A 4, 5, and 7 of the Act and for the purposes of any Order made under Section 7 cease to be treated as if it were enemy territory as from the date of this Order.

Trading with the Enemy (Enemy Territory Cessation) (Albania) Order 1948
Section 2
Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 1 of the Act, any person may trade within Albania with any individual or body of persons (whether corporate or unincorporate) resident or carrying on business therein.
Section 3
This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Enemy Territory Cessation) (Albania) Order, 1948
