Section 1

In paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the said Act before the word “Alteration” there shall be inserted the word “Erection,” , and the kinds of operations specified in the said Schedule shall include the erection of farm houses accordingly.

Section 2

This Order may be cited as the Hill Farming Improvements Order, 1949, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1949.
