Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Elementary School Teachers Superannuation (Amending) Rules, 1950, and shall come into operation on the 16th day of January, 1950.

The Elementary School Teachers Superannuation (Amending) Rules 1950
Section 2
For Rule 14 of the Elementary School Teachers Superannuation Rules, 1919 , the following Rule is substituted:—
(14) Where the grantee of an allowance is wholly or partly maintained out of any public money so much, if any, of the allowance may be suspended as the Treasury may consider proper in all the circumstances of the case .
