The Foreign Compensation (Hungary) (Registration) (Amendment) Order 1954

Section 1

There shall be added to Article 1 of the Order the following:—

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Commission shall not receive any claim which has not reached the Commission on or before the thirty-first day of December, 1954.

Section 2

(a) This Order may be cited as the Foreign Compensation (Hungary) (Registration) (Amendment) Order, 1954.

(b) This Order shall come into operation on the twenty-fourth day of October, 1954.
