Section 1Citation and construction

This Order may be cited as the Visiting Forces (Designation) (Colonies) (Amendment) Order, 1958, and shall be read and construed as one with the Visiting Forces (Designation) (Colonies) Order, 1954 , hereinafter called “the Principal Order”.

Section 2Amendment of section 1 of Principal Order

In the Principal Order, as amended by the Visiting Forces (Designation) (Colonies) (Amendment) Order, 1954 , and the Visiting Forces (Designation) (Colonies) (Amendment) Order, 1956 , the words “for the purposes of its extension to Cyprus” in section 1 are hereby replaced by the words “for the purposes of its extension to Cyprus, Gibraltar and Malta”.
