These Rules may be cited as the Foreign Compensation Commission (Amendment) Rules, 1958.

Section 2
Nothing in the Foreign Compensation Commission Rules, 1956 , shall apply to claims under the Foreign Compensation (Czechoslovakia) Order in Council, 1950 , or the Foreign Compensation (Yugoslavia) Order in Council, 1950 , and the Foreign Compensation Commission Rules, 1950 , shall apply, and be deemed always to have applied, to any claim under either of the said Orders in Council.
