The Foreign Compensation (Roumania) (Amendment) Order 1964

Section 1

There shall be added at the end of Article 6 of the principal Order the following:—

provided that the provisional determination of the application may be made by one member of the Commission in any case in which the amount claimed by the applicant does not exceed £10,000

Section 2

There shall be inserted at the end of the third line of Article 14 of the principal Order after the words “by the applicant or his predecessor in title” the following:—

by reason of one or more of the following, that is to say:—

This Order shall come into operation on 9th April 1964 and may be cited as the Foreign Compensation (Roumania) (Amendment) Order 1964.
