Section 1

There shall be inserted after Article 4 of the principal Order the following new Article which shall be numbered 4A:—

An application shall not be entertained under this Order unless it has reached the Commission on or before 30th November 1964.

Section 2

This Order shall come into operation on 21st May 1964 and may be cited as the Foreign Compensation (Czechoslovakia) (Registration) (Amendment) Order 1964.
