Section 1 Citation and interpretation

This Order, which may be cited as the National Insurance (European Interim Agreement) Amendment Order 1965, shall be read as one with the principal Order.

Section 2 Amendment of Schedule 3 to the principal Order

At the end of Schedule 3 to the principal Order (which Schedule specifies the Governments by which the said Agreement and Protocol have been ratified or acceded to, as the case may be, and the respective dates of such ratification or accession and of the coming into operation of the said Agreement and Protocol as regards those Governments) there shall be added—

(a) at the foot of column (1)— “Iceland” ,

(b) at the foot of column (2)— “4 December 1964” ,

(c) at the foot of column (3)— “1 January 1965” .
