Section 1

The following provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1965 shall come into force on the 27th April 1965, that is to say—

Parts II and III ;

Part IV, except section 30;

In Part V, sections 34 and 35 and, save insofar as it relates to Part I or the repeals consequential thereon, section 36;

Schedule 2;

In Schedule 3, the entry relating to the Prosecution of Offences Act 1879.

Section 2

This Order may be cited as the Administration of Justice Act 1965 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1965.
