Section 1

The provisions of the Oil in Navigable Waters Act 1955 which (apart from sections 14 and 16 of the Act) apply only to British ships registered in the United Kingdom shall apply also to ships registered in Guernsey.

Section 2

This Order may be cited as the Oil in Navigable Waters (Guernsey) Order 1966 and shall come into operation on 18th April 1966.
