These Regulations may be cited as the County Court (Records of Proceedings) Regulations 1967 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1967.

The County Court (Records of Proceedings) Regulations 1967
The registrar of every county court shall keep or cause to be kept the records of proceedings in that court specified in column 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations and those records shall constitute the books of the court.
Without prejudice to any requirement imposed by or under any enactment every record kept pursuant to the last foregoing Regulation shall contain in relation to each proceeding appearing in the record the details specified opposite thereto in column 2 of the said Schedule.
So much of the General Regulations for Registrars and High Bailiffs of County Courts as relates to the records to be kept of and in relation to proceedings in county courts is hereby revoked.
The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of these Regulations as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
