Section 1

(1) Employment by the National Board for Prices and Incomes established by the Prices and Incomes Act 1966 shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 8 to the Superannuation Act 1965.

(2) This article shall have effect as from 12th August 1966.

Section 2

The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

Section 3

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (National Board for Prices and Incomes) Order 1967, and shall come into operation on 18th April 1967.
