Section 1

For Rule 9 of the Performing Animals Rules 1925 there shall be substituted the following Rule:—

(9) The following fees shall be payable to the local authority:—

For each registration&dotfill;£3.

For the issue of a copy of a certificate of registration under Rule 7&dotfill;5s.

Section 2

These Rules may be cited as the Performing Animals Rules 1968 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1968.
