Section 2Interpretation
In this Order “ the Act ” means the Children and Young Persons Act 1969.
Section 3Day appointed for coming into force of certain provisions of the Act
The provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to the matters specified in column 2 thereof) shall come into operation on 16th November 1969.
