Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1968 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1969.

Section 2

The provisions of the Transport Act 1968 (hereinafter referred to as “ the Act ”) specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on the 21st April 1969.
