Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Commission on Industrial Relations) Order 1969, and shall come into operation on 14th May 1969.

Section 2

The Interpretation Act 1889. shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.

Section 3

(1) Employment by the Commission on Industrial Relations shall be added to the employments listed in Schedule 8 to the Superannuation Act 1965.

(2) This article shall have effect as from 1st March 1969.
