(1) This Order may be cited as the Sea Fisheries (Manx Boats) Order 1971 and shall come into operation on 15th November 1971.
(2) The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
The provisions of sections 5 to 14 of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 shall apply in relation to British fishing boats registered in the Isle of Man as they apply in relation to British fishing boats registered in the United Kingdom.
