Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Designation of Jersey Order) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1972.

The Children and Young Persons (Designation of Jersey Order) Order 1972
Section 2
A fit person order made by virtue of Article 31 of the Children (Jersey) Law 1969, being an order which satisfies the conditions set out in section 26(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (transfers between England or Wales and the Channel Islands or Isle of Man), is hereby designated for the purposes of the said section 26.
