Section 1Citation, interpretation and commencement

This order, which may be cited as the Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme (Amendment) Order 1972, amends the Pensions (Polish Forces) Scheme 1964 , as extended , (hereinafter referred to as “ the Scheme ”), and shall come into operation on 2nd October 1972.

Section 2Amendment of Article 5 of the Scheme

In Article 5 of the Scheme (entitlement) there shall be made the amendments set out in the Schedule hereto.
