The Mineral Workings (Offshore Installations) Act 1971 (Commencement) Order 1972
Section 2
All the provisions of the Act other than sections 4 and 5 shall come into force on 1st May 1972 and sections 4 and 5 of the Act shall come into force on 31st August 1972.
