This Order may be cited as the International Institute for the Management of Technology (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1972 and shall come into operation on the date on which the Convention on the Establishment of the International Institute for the Management of Technology signed at Paris on 6th October 1971 enters into force in respect of the United Kingdom. This date shall be notified in the London, Edinburgh and Belfast Gazettes.

The International Institute for the Management of Technology (Immunities and Privileges) Order 1972
The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
The International Institute for the Management of Technology is an organisation of which Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom and the governments of foreign sovereign Powers are members.
The International Institute for the Management of Technology shall have the legal capacities of a body corporate.
