Section 1
This Order may be cited as the British Railways and London Transport Pension Schemes (Amendment) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on the 14th September 1973.

The British Railways and London Transport Pension Schemes (Amendment) Order 1973
Section 2
The British Transport (Amalgamation of Railways' Pension Funds) ( No. 2) Order 1970 shall have effect as if in paragraph (4) of Article 6 thereof (which relates to membership of the Committee of the Railway Clearing System Superannuation Fund) there were substituted for the words “three years” the words “six years” .
Section 3
The London Transport (Alteration of Pension Schemes) Order 1970 shall have effect as if in paragraph (4) of Article 3 thereof (which relates to membership of certain committees, including the Committee of the Railway Clearing System Superannuation Fund) there were substituted for the words “three years” the words “six years” .
