Section 1Citation and Commencement
This order may be cited as the Cessation of Approved Institutions (Approved Schools) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 1973, and shall come into operation on 30th September 1973.

Section 2Interpretation
The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply to the interpretation of this order as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
Section 3Amendment of the Cessation of Approved Institutions (Approved Schools) (No. 2) Order 1973
The Cessation of Approved Institutions (Approved Schools) (No. 2) Order 1973 shall be amended as follows:—
(a) in article 2(1) (Interpretation) the reference to Planning Area number 4 shall be omitted,
(b) in the Schedule the words “Area No. 4,” “ St. John's Home, Birmingham” and “Sisters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul” shall be omitted.
