The Fair Trading Act 1973 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1973
Section 2
Except as otherwise provided by the Fair Trading Act 1973 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1973 the Fair Trading Act 1973 shall come into operation on 1st November 1973 and, accordingly, all the provisions thereof which have not previously come into operation shall come into operation on that date.
