This Order may be cited as the Stock Transfer (Recognised Stock Exchanges) Order 1973.

The Stock Transfer (Recognised Stock Exchanges) Order 1973
Section 2
The Interpretation Act 1889 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of Parliament.
Section 3
The Stock Exchange shall be a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the Stock Transfer Act 1963.
Section 4
The Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Order 1966 is hereby revoked.
