The Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Guernsey) Order 1973

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Guernsey) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1973.

Section 2

Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 shall extend to the Island of Guernsey.

Section 3

The following courts shall be deemed superior courts of Guernsey for the purposes of the said Part I, namely the Court of Appeal of Guernsey and the Royal Court sitting as an Ordinary Court or as a Full Court.
