Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Isle of Man) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1973.

Section 2

Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 shall extend to the Isle of Man.

Section 3

Her Majesty's High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man (including the Staff of Government Division) shall be deemed the superior court of the Isle of Man for the purposes of the said Part I.
