Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Jersey) Order 1973 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1973.

The Reciprocal Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Jersey) Order 1973
Section 2
Part I of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act 1933 shall extend to the Bailiwick of Jersey.
Section 3
The Royal Court of Jersey and the Court of Appeal of Jersey shall be deemed superior courts of Jersey for the purposes of the said Part I.
