Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Amendment) Regulations 1974 and shall come into operation on 27th September 1974.

Section 2
The Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) Regulations 1973 shall be amended as follows, that is to say, in Regulation 1 for the words “1st October 1974” there shall be substituted the words “1st April 1975” .
